Not saying it's not true but how have you come to this conclusion?

Off the top of my head I can list:

- his praise for HBG and decision to play in Vegas next year.
- he initially avoided Susie’s question on the Orange jersey saying it’s still in use.
- defence of magpies on the jersey.
- his reductive notion about fans not being aligned behind the Tigers drawing from the real disconnect between fans and HBG.
- statement about Lidcombe being important to our pathways,
- his weak statements on NSW State Cup team being called the Magpies and playing out of Lidcombe instead of Campbelltown.

Idk, maybe the debenture system from the 1980s.. do they even have internet? Are they on dial up?

When will the player list of who is leaving be released? Most clubs who are out of contention have released a list

Haven't read further, so apologies if someone else has said this.

It is not about "home and away" jerseys. It shouldn't be about "main and alternate" jerseys. Nor should night or day matter.

It's about accommodating for clashes. If they are playing Penrith away and the panthers are all black, they're not going to wear black jerseys; It's incumbent on the away team to wear a non clashing strip - as best as they can within reason.

Practically every other sport outside Australia has been doing this forever.

(I think) it should be:
The home team specifies the jersey they will wear. The away team is obligated to complement that strip.
If the tigers want to wear white at home, then the dragons wear all red, bulldogs all blue....

Makes sense. I hadn't considered the clashing of jerseys.

They are trying to sign players from other clubs, if that fails they will extend whoever can not get a contract elsewhere.

Have you actually read any of his replies to posters questions on here, if not , do so, as for making a big deal about with HBG, remember they agreed to an independent WT board, how did that go ?

You honestly expect him to be making announcements about an independant board? This a massive issue and to expect a new CEO to come in and make changes to this is a little bit much to ask, especially after the recent history with Richo.

Its clear that this cannot be done quickly. I was wondering if you knew of other issues that are not 'inline with HBG' as you said?

I actually asked him a question about HBG and their obligations and he gave a very encouraging, thoughful response, check it out.

How do you know he isn't discussing some of these 'issues' with the HBG and the football club?

It'd be good if he was and like I said before, let's hope he can negoitate positive outcomes, do you agree?

And I think he apologised for some of these comments and admitted he was wrong.

I like to be pragmatic and not let emotion get in the way, I'd give my left nut for there to be an independent board but let's see what can be done.
