Wouldn't matter if Benji won a premiership, the 2 spoons don't go away regardless of how hard you try to ignore them.

Was very proud of the fact that a few years ago we were spoonless but it seems that management and coaching staff have since shrugged it off as not being of any significance.

I see these people as having no pride and just being plain incompetent, now we are the proud owners of 3 pieces of wooden cutlery, no wonder the media treat us like a joke much of the time.

Let's be honest, who apart from Newcastle has won 3 wooden spoons in a row since Wests Tigers have been in the competition and we currently find ourselves in a position where if things go badly we could have 4 in a row, making this a new stand alone record for the NRL era.

The one that really annoys me is our first spoon in 2022.

After previously being a Sheens supporter I lost all respect for that guy when he sacked Madge and then threw a clueless Kimmorley under the bus, making him the coach for the remainder of the year when there was a more than competent Andrew Webster available.

I know Webster, for what ever reason, was out of favour and leaving, but to deliberately sabotage the remainder of the season I believe is unforgivable.

Well I share your disappointment about the previous administration. My interaction with Tucker was solely regarding Benji and we were mucking around with each other.

The new admin is in it's second season. First season with new signings. I'm only saying we need to be realistic on timeframe since the review and changes were made.

Last season, I don't think we had the players to make a meaningful difference on the field.

We had a squad containing enough big game experience and off the cuff class that we shouldn’t have come last.
Anyway, thats old news. This current squad should have pushed for the 8. Let’s see how they end up.

That win last weekend likely saves us from the spoon, but bottom 4 is seriously looking like it’s where we end up.
 
Benji only should survive if we win 2 more games min , today was winnable but he played players carrying injury
Sam F and Toa , this is not acceptable
If we loose every game now on Benji needs to go , I loved him as a player but we can’t keep going like this , and also his crew can follow him

Yes bottom four is a certainty, but I’m not so sure the spoon will be decided between us and the Titans next week. There is still Parra and Newcastle to consider. Along with us, I think those teams will be the bottom four at season’s end, I’m just not sure in which order.
