NRL confirmed that would not be awarded. What happens in that Parra game if the penalty goal hits the post and Cowboys score?
Parra had the golden point via field goal but technically could have still lost.
I think we found a loophole.
Good postThe two howlers from last night make me so frustrated comparing the two incidents that happened to Api.
The recent hip drop and the try from Api last year, where there was the tiniest bit of seperation but he regathered with a solid grounding. It went up as a try but overturned by the bunker after looking at it for 5 minutes.

'As tight a decision as you can get': Annesley backs call to deny Api try
NRL head of football Graham Annesley has confirmed that the Bunker made the right call to disallow a controversial try to Wests Tigers captain Api Koroisau in Saturday night’s loss to Brisbane.www.nrl.com
he had only blown the short whistleSo golden point doesn’t mean golden point anymore does it?????
There are so many howlers and its blatantly obvious which teams get shafted and which teams don't. Apart from the total bias towards the rorters last night i also want to know how Radley is not spending a lenghty stint on the sidelines. Ap got 3 weeks for a hip drop and a dangerous tackle - Radley got put on report for a hip drop and a dangerous tackle plus he lead with his head when tackling Carrigan and hit him flush on the jaw - no time out. If i remeber rightly he spent a fair bit of time on the sidelines in the past because of that exact tackling style of leading with his head.Good post
I hate playing the victim card but jesus that was red hot....as are the hip drops were seeing now compared to Canberra LO game...dead set bs
But is there a soft or hard whistle to end the game?Game is over as soon as the kick is unsuccessful
What does Anus-ley do these days now that he doesn't have to come out every Monday to make excuses and defend the stuff ups by the referees and bunker then go on to quote and make up rules that are nowhere to found in the rule book.
Not just Api’s, there has been heaps of other players denied a try for less separation and suspended for hip drops across the game. The inconsistency is completely ridiculous, even last week when Radley was put on report 3 times in the one game, no sin bin, no suspension, whereas Staggs was immediately put in the bin and got 2 week’s suspension for a pretty innocuous tackle. The two howlers from last night make me so frustrated comparing the two incidents that happened to Api.

Dearden failed here....he shouldve been directing them to just get thruntheir sets, kick to the corner...play % footy...yet as you say they kept going like they were behind.Parras crap defense actually won them the game. Cows were making line breaks and scoring at will, i would argue it was so easy that they became over excited and pushed passes, dropped balls etc...they were ahead with 10 mins to go and played like they were 3 trys behind.
Are you suggesting that as our game plan against the Storm, shit defense did not work for us last week. 🤣Parras crap defense actually won them the game. I think it was Dearden’s game management that lost the game for the cowboys, it was an unprofessional performance by his standardsParras crap defense actually won them the game.
