I feel like Cowboys get dudded each game. But that Cowboys Roosters game was very good. I have a feeling Origin will be reffed like that

Also, if Moses wasn't such a prick, he would have more well wishers in the game..he's such a good player. That Flying Fox shot was Russels try, you can see how much he communicated with his players.

The good teams show resilience and get on with it. The ones that 'should' lose typically can't defend mistakes (their own or the refs) and hence do end up losing. So people point to the poor decisions and say that's why they lost ignoring the poor decisions that went in their favour.

1000%.
The game is so frantic these days that mistakes happen from the whistle blowers.
Good teams accept this as part of the adversity you have to face and deal with in battle.
The others drop their bundle and get beaten.
 
I think few teams can defend against a glut of possession under the current system. Penrith appears to be a class above all others and currently have few injuries definitely setting the standard. They will be tested in SOO time. Most teams that have been hit with injury tolls have been smashed at some point until they get some of their troops back.
Unfortunately for us the length of our injuries are significant and the replacements just arnt meeting the standards required for an 80 minute performance.

As much as I’m revelling in Galvin’s lot in life atm, in hindsight, it would have been hilarious to watch him and Moses as a halves pairing. Moses would have blown a gasket at him at least once a game, if for no other reason Galvin would have constantly starved Mitch of the ball.
 
Plenty of natural talent in that Titans team would be happy to take a few of them off their hands - but every year they only seem to get it together- if at all- when the season is done
