Papalli hit him immediately and IMO the play was well and truly live when he made contact. The bunker officials are not ruling in Rugby League terms, they are ruling like Lawyers

Agreed. That camera is in slow motion. Needs to hold it for at least a second which he didn't. Rubbish.
