I haven't seen the replay but I yelled out forward pas when Mark threw it. Thought it was definitely forward but Teddy wants to keep complaining.

Grant getting lots of plaudits but he does this week in week out. He set up a couple of tries and scored one but those tackles on the edges, the kick pressure- he does this every time.

He put a tonne of pressure on Walker for a quick and went 15m past the kicker, he ran that fast at him. But somehow, there he was on tackle 1, ready to be dummy half again..

He goes at 100% for 80 minutes week in week out. One of my absolute favorite players ever.

Learnt everything he knows from his season with Wests Tigers…

I think its rather boring watching a team score just about every try from a kick - and now that you can't put any real pressure on the kicker they can pretty much put the ball on a pin.

Agree. It’s effective and some teams have optimized it as an attacking threat, but gee it’s boring. Bomb, tap back, score or a chance at another set of six.

Walker has a great bomb, and with Tupou and Nawaqatinawase on the wings, any team that doesn't have itself organised to defend aerial threats is screwed against the Chooks. It was so successful that Walker felt he needed to mix things up, and he gave away a 7 tackle set, which turned the game a bit.

At this rate, the NRL will have to start nicking AFL players to play wing.

As it stands Raiders are clear cut favourites to win the premiership for me. Feels weird to say

Dogs and storm have been bumbling around a bit

Penrith look good but not sure they can win from outside the top 4, if they do it’ll be their most impressive premiership imo
