Didn't realise this was the thread for the game..
Galvins a one trick pony isnt he ..
Pretty embarrassing how much of a leg up the doggies have been given against a second string panthers side (who had a man in the bin)..
In the first 20 mins the ref was calling held the first contact Penrith had with the dogs attackers... Trying to give them the momentum early .

How was that not 10 in the bin? Guess the officials have been told to make sure the dogs win this.

I’d love to see our first grade team show the defensive resolve that this brave Penrith reserve grade team has displayed.

Can you imagine how embarrassing it would be for the NRL and the bulldogs if a NSW cup side beat the team coming 3rd?
They'll run away with it in the back end of the 2nd half, but either way, the doggies and galvin are pretenders...

Just shows how bad the dogs attack is. Dogs have spent almost the whole match in the red zone and have scored 2 tries, 1 of which was from a flukey bounce when Galvin passed it to Casper the Ghost. These guys would be extremely lucky to get past week 2 of finals.
Haven’t seen too much of Geyer but I guess that means he isn’t doing anything noticeably bad 🤷♂️.

I must admit it appears that there are 2 different sets of rules being applied in the game,the NRL really must want dogs fans to think they are a chance this year.I have little time for Ivan and the panthers but always want to see both teams treated equally,unfortunately Anusley does not seem to feel the same way.

Can only see this hindering the dogs run into the finals
Very scratch in the first half
Possibly/probably will wear the young panthers down and run away with it easily in the 2nd half.
Then face a Sharks team next week who are finding form.
Probanly not the ideal run into the semis

It just seems to get worse, doesn't it? Most games now there seems to be a clear difference between how each team is officiated.

This could very easily be the last game the Dogs win in 25.
It'll be interesting to see the "interpretations" in the first 10 mins of the second half now they have had a chance to chat with the microphones switched off...
