Maybe not NRL, but someone has.

No way! A team like Penrith is not gonna just tank! They just had an off night, it happens to every team. They would probably still beat many teams last night, but the Dogs had clearly done their homework and they ambushed them. Having a coach who knows the ins and outs of the Penrith machine very well would help also.
