Realistic team list round 1 2018

tbh I reckon the backline picks itself.

1, tui
2 fonua
3 suli
4 milne
5 nofa
6 grub
7 brooksie

its the forwards that have me beat .hooker and the backrow could be anything.

fonua is definatly a handy back-up…..but didnt we want speed in our backline?...i thought MWZ was fitter and therefore faster over the offseason :question: :question:

2017 was a shocking season for the WestsTigers. However I don't think the Wests Tigers were really dominated in the forwards after Eisenhuth started at lock for the last 6 games of the year. Didn't he average something like 130 metres and a crap load of tackles. He had the ability to wrap the ball up and turn the ball carrier. His play was a bright end to a bad season. Why change one of the only good things out of 2017?

oh I agree I loved the hooth…...thought he went great.

I just don't know what cleary is gonna do....McQueen ,Lawrence, taylor,aloiai.

someones gonna miss out.
 
I'd start with Twal and have Packer off the bench. I think Packer can have real impact coming on fresh leaving the toiling start of the game to Twal.

I completely agree. I think a likely backrow is Taylor at lock in the centre and Lawrence and McQueen as edge backrowers.

Personally I think I'd play Taylor on the right edge and play 3 props which is how most teams play now.

It still looks decent but the addition of Liddle and Suli would be good. The bench is still really good.
