Realistic team list round 1 2018

Big call but sadly I think Nofo will struggle to get a gig in 2018\. To slow, to short and defensively he has issues. Brilliant club man, massive ticker, makes great dirty yards but I think we may have better options in 2018.

Marsters is too good to play ISC. I'd have him in the back row.
Also I reckon Reynolds would kill it at Dummy Half. Isn't it where he started his NRL career?

I really like the idea of Brooks shifting to 9\. I think he would be fast, creative and could kick out of dummy half. Reynolds at 6 and Marshall or Gamble at 7\. Unlike many, I'm not yet sold on Liddle but of course this is just my humble opinion.

The new signings shows how much depth we'll have for 2018.
For 2017 once we have a few injuries we are very thin in the depth department.
Take this week. I'm not sure who is going to play, Hooker, 2nd row or centre.
I'm guessing centres will stay as Marsters and Kev. Unless Marsters moves to 2nd row to cover MCK.
Next year MCK, Kev and Marsters aren't even in most people's starting side.
This year we are struggling to replace Matt McLLwrick , Next year Benji, Reynolds, Brooks could fill in as we will have more depth in the halves.

Lots more options in the outside backs and 2nd row for next year as well.

I feel the Eisenhurth @ #13 will continue in 2018… I feel we have improved as a unit since Cleary moved him there.

Marsters & Suli should be our Starting Centres as I feel both can alternate well with their inside Backrower throughout games, allowing us to play our edge forwards for the 80min.

Ivan mentioned in an interview recently he will be moving Tui in 2018, so Fullback looks the likely option for him.

I'd also bring Packer off the Bench. I feel his type of impact off the bench is just as important as any starting prop.

Rowdy... Some tough choices coming with Chris. I'll leave that to the Bus Driver?!

Eisenhuth will stay at 13\. Out of a disappointing 2018? He , Suli, Marsters , Twal have established themselves as genuine NRL players .
Plus the addition of Lolohea was better than I thought it would be

I think Marsters should replace Milne in the starting side as Milne has not established himself as a first team player. Also ET has to start in second row while Eisenhuth is a machine at 13\. Lawrence can go the bench or to ISP.

I think we need some size in the backrow and I'd have Eiso at lock.

ET has strong defence that could handle the middle role and is a good ball player.

Good effort. Although I would have Benji instead of Marsters and I just can't come at Milne at this stage, I think he has a lot to prove.
Also I think the off season will provide a couple of more signings.

I don't think Taylor is a full time hooker. His delivery is serviceable at best and he's got zero speed out of dummy half. Liddle is still our best option followed by the Marshalls IMO
