Record Membership milestone (20,906 in 2022)

Couldn't think of anything at the time and was listening to a Died Pretty album while i was signing up so just put that down as name - used to have the band up as my avatar but just recently changed it
OK cool.....I wasn't aware of a band with that name, so they probably weren't around at the same time as the Beatles and Rolling Stones eh!
I'll have a listen to them on Spotify right now though.

I like your avatars PJ 👍
I reckon some on here may be offended by them, as I was a little while ago, being a Christian [but not currently practicing].
But after reading your posts over the last couple of months I'm sure your not meaning to offend anyone by using them as Your'e a more fair dinkum and decent up front bloke than a couple of others on here.
I noticed a really cool sticker on the back window of a car recently saying.... Jesus Saves.
And it depicted Jesus as a soccer goal keeper with flowing robes diving to save a ball in front of His goal 🙂.
I had a big smile on my face when I saw it as I reckon He would have a sense of humour and wouldn't be offended.
Enjoy the rest of the day PJ but... hopefully.... we'll enjoy tomorrow even more eh! 😀
All love bro.
Yeh hopefully we get up tmrw. 🤞

does anyone have stats of our rank in terms of members compared to other clubs? maybe we make the top 8 there

All this nonsense about Moses and Woods, should get us to 24k by September and 30k members in the happy new year .
After all this year is the year of the tiger #1 👆

If you had a chance with both girls, who would you choose Ginger or Maryanne? Personally I'd go Maryanne. If you'd choose Lovey, you need to have a good hard look at yourself.
All 3. I’d throw lovey a bone to get the other 2.

Wests Tigers are celebrating a major membership milestone ahead of Sunday’s Round 19 match against the North Queensland Cowboys.

The club has roared past its previous peak to set a new club record with 20,906 members now on board. The previous record was achieved in August 2019.

Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe says
"This achievement is not about wins or losses. It’s about our members feeling valued, and about our members being a part of our team.”
Why do I feel, along with a lot of Forum members, the opposite then?
Just because you have a shiny car doesn't mean you love it if drives like a piece of poo.
If you want us the feel warm and fuzzy Mr Pascoe then you need to just delve into this forum and read what members (seasoned ticket holders) really feel about the club.
I congratulate the club with it's recent membership milestone but the cancer runs very deep and needs addressing.
The recent posts about a partition is an example of how distraught some of us are.
If the club is really concerned, they are going about things the wrong way.
The club is very fortunate to have a die-hard supporters ranging back to two great clubs who have been let down for so long but have hung in there through thick and thin.

Cobar, I feel very uninspired too. I realise Pascoe is looking for a good news story to turn the tide of discontent. I realise there’s now a stronger focus on massaging media content, the wining and dining of the games celebrated journos.
This is all well and good, and while it may appeal to some, it doesn’t go far enough, because it feels like a coverup. It feels like the club has no direction, no plan other than to compete with the kardasions.
The Benji story is also a case in point. He won’t convince me until he stops talking about himself. When his constant “I’m backing myself” turns to “I’m backing the club and it’s players.”
I would not be surprised at all if 2 years from now, Sheens is retired and looking back at the club, while sipping on a pina colada in Bermuda, saying ain’t karma a [This word has been automatically removed].
