Taylor and Moss appointed a whole coaching team last year and it feels like Groundhog day with a new team again. This is Propaganda 101 or Job retention 101 whichever way you cut it.

The article below from nrl.com sounds exactly like what is happening now. Who is holding anyone to account at Wests tigers this is a farce.

It appears the people who were sacked were held accountable. Would you prefer that we kept exactly the same coaches? We tried some coaches, some didn't work out and we've replaced them. It's a pretty common situation. The same will happen to Taylor in a year or two if we don't have some success.

I would prefer we got rid of taylor and not his support staff. The head guides the body not the other way around.

No one addresses the question of whether this club can afford another two years of the sort of the rubbish that was served up for a lot of last year. By that, I mean how many more supporters can we afford to have drop off attending games .
We need to be trying to get more people to be at the grounds. With the cost of going to the game what it is these days, people are becoming more hesitant to go, and just watch it at home.
As has been said here , the head coach is the only team coach that has survived from last year, yet he was the person that had the ultimate control over how those other club teams played and trained. Once again , no accountability.

Accountability? Survivability is the in-word at WTs with the position of JT similar to Toxic Tony throwing Bronwyn Bishop under the bus to try and save his own skin.

Surely David Kidwell must have his bags pack waiting at the door as the next support staff to be chopped.

Great clubs have stability whilst our club is a continuing circus with the clowns taken over running the joint. God help us. The Brian Smith review had to be the best laugh in our sad saga.

We must go all out to sign Craig Bellamy or someone of his elk to turn this club around before our quality juniors jump off the sinking boat.

Great Clubs dont have every single topic playing out in the media either… This is the one area Pascoe must fix before any creditable Coach will come to Tigerland.

Agree on Bellamy... Money can not be a deterrent and will save us plenty of coin in the long term.

Wouldn't be chasing Bellamy, I'd be going after a Hasler, Cleary or Robinson.

My pick would be Robinson. As much as I hate those mongrels from Bondi, he has got them playing some brilliant footy. Got plenty of credibility for a new coach too so he'll have some pull in bringing good talent to a club.

Both 2015 GF teams had at least a few changes in their staff prior to the season - this 'shake-up' really isn't out of the ordinary, especially for a team that missed the finals.
