We are winning this now. Maxwell games are usually wins and he pings the Roosters hard.

Maxwell is easily the most arrogant of all the referees, I really really dislike him. But if you guys reckon we have had a good run with him then i guess i can deal with him for 80 minutes. If i haveeeeeeee to..

Maxwell has finally got over being attacked at Campbelltown by that so called fan. His fairer than he was a couple of seasons ago.

Maxwell a few years back was a very average ref,I now think he is the best in the NRL. Like all refs he has the odd bad call and even bad days but I will taken him over any of the others refs.

Referees won't decide the outcome of this game. It's up to the players. If we get some bad calls….well you win some and lose some. Referees make mistakes but far fewer than the 26 players out there.

We need to go back to one referee, captains challenge and a bunker system for video ref decisions. We hav too many officials now and that is going to create inconsistency in interpretations etc. we don't want the game to become nfl where you hav to many stoppages, allowing the players to get bigger and bigger. We need the little guys to be able to take on tiring forwards, that is what our game is based on and what makes it so great.

Not tonight … while in no way am I saying the refs are the reason we lost the latitude Maxwell allowed the Rorters in the ruck and line speed contributed to the scoreline...even the Rorter supporters around me where ecstatic...

Farah was complaining about it all game, the difference in the permitted line speeds. On wide shots you could see the Roosters hanging off side most sets.

It was far worse live….they were off 3 seconds later he'd say hold hold go...they were already gone... :laughing:
