I don't now why Jason Taylor, has not asked the refereeing hierarchy, eg Tony Archer and a couple of ref's to attend training and show why wests tigers get penalised so much.

Surely it's happened? No? Refs should be working with teams to prevent penalties. They should not be out there looking for infringements.
