Don't pay overs just to keep him get rid of him, very injury prone. I am pretty sure Souffs will be going all out just to get him since Asotasi is leaving. Let him go then sign Jack De Ballin and Kem Seru from Dragons; Seru is a 120kg monster prop at Saints. Buchanan is good friends with Seru and De Ballin at saints heres hoping he can get them across. Also Galloway would be on at least 400k Seru and De Ballin would be on 350k together with the little bit of left over money and the money already left in our cap sign a damaging back rower to go with Thomson someone like Jason Buyaka, Our pack would start shaping up like this

8\. Woods
9\. Farah
10\. Buchanan
11\. Thomson
12\. Buyuka
13\. Sironen

14\. BMM
15\. De Ballin
16\. Seru
17\. Pettybourne

That will bring all the agression to our forward pack. Sironen is a beast and needs to be our lock, Fulton to NSW cup and can be very handy backup. Release Blair, holding back all our youngsters and stopping us from signing good players while he is on 500k a year, what a dud. With our forward pack like that our complete side should look like:

2\. Koroibete
3\. Moltzen
4\. Ayshford
5\. Nofoluama
6\. Marshall
7\. Anasta
8\. Woods
9\. Farah
10\. Buchanan
11\. Thomson

Anastas contract expires when Brooks turns 20 and will no longer be elgible for Holden Cup corrct me if I am wrong so then Brooks will be in first grade.

Still though its impossible to keep up with you. Your opinions change with the weather. Just this morning you're preaching how the club should go all out for Tomkins, now he's not even in your side at all. What happened to guys like Patrick Templeton, Cheyse Blair and Rory Brien who you were previously pushing the barrel for?

Clearly this Seru guy is your new flavour of the month

BenjiMajic96..most people tend to choose an avatar cause they have a belief or are attraction…you know something they want to put their name to..as you seem to be pretty quick to dump Keith..which was it for you..belief or attraction?
 
Your thinking that two props are better than one is completely WRONG. You can have all the depth you want, but if none of them are good you're wasting your time.

As someone mentioned in another thread. Excluding this year he has played around 60/70 games in the last several years. Hardly injury prone considering the workload he has!!!

keep him. he's bloody solid, instead release masada, utai, lote for match payments if hes not on em now, miller, Lawrence if he doesnt shape up in reserve grade and probably moltz. Then we can buy a kasiano and a good centre.
 
that's just dumb, honestly…..and how many threads of a variety of different fantasy sides need to be posted as well?

it's obvious his threads are annoying to you and a lot of other people.

just learn to put up with it mate. no need to take pot shots at him every thread he makes.. you dont like it? ignore it.

Still doesn't mean it makes any sense. This thread is just another to be added into the "ridiculous pile".
 
Whilst I don't agree with how he presented it I think BM96 has put forward a good idea for once and he is unfairly getting smashed for it whilst if another did it, a proper discussion would be stimulated.

My opinion is I think Galloway is worth retaining, but if he wants a payrise I don't see the value. He is on good money, was brought across from cronulla on good money and been given a decent payrise with the last contract from all reports. I don't think he has improved any further since then to justify taking up more of our cap than he currently is.

Unfortunately not many props will be on the market so we are restricted in replacement options so he is in the stronger negotiating position. However I really do hope the club doesn't up the contract any further, otherwise a large proportion of our forward budget will be tied in with Blair and Keith, and woods will end up on such a backloaded contract that it may cause similar problems like the panthers had with their cap space.
