Reminder: WT on FOX SPORTS 1 this TH

They also had our trial match info against Parra and Roosters but dont think they had venues or dates yet

Found little things interesting like the ball work. A left back line move what looked like brooks, to Anasta playing left back row, lawrence running an inside line, meaney playing 1 wrapping around and then giving it to korobeite on the wing.

Overall,nothing really exciting though.

Not the best quality and I had to split it in 3 but here it is

Not sure if these might get taken down at some stage too, but anyway get em while they're hot

Missed the earlier games that were replays but was impressed with the enthusiasm displayedby everyone, mindful of the fact that it is the pre-season and every club talks it up but Hayden Knowles made me take notice.
It seems under Mr. Potter that there are no longer any 'jobs for the boys', it's all new coaching staff that A, couldn't care about 2012 and B, that's old news, it's now 2013, a new broom has swept through the organisation, can't wait for the season to Kick Off, plus there's A TRIAL in my home town, how good is this!.

One thing about Potter,He seems to know the importance of competition for spots unlike sheens.I am a little skeptical however when it comes to fitness. He gave them a list of heavy and intense drills to do and he was surprised how easy they did it.Wouldnt see Hasler give any "HEAVY AND INTENSE" set of drills and the players then coming out the other side saying that was easy whats next.Hope he realises NRL is more intense re training than Super League.

Trial will be played at my old stomping ground Carrington Park Bathurst on February 8, apparently this is not an NRL trial but will feature NSW Cup players and fringe NRL players, I always thought that our NSW Cup players were fringe first graders.
There is a Grandstand that holds around 1100 spectators and tickets will shortly be available, I'll be there, hopefully I can provide more info when it becomes available, it is a Penrith game and they are using as part of their Country promo which includes coaching clinics, Bathurst has a local Panthers club.

Anasta said that it was some of the hardest training he has been involved in and that he is fitter than he has been for some time.

Everything that I've been hearing is that the players are getting flogged at training. Ive heard that some players were complaining about how intense the training was in the beginning.

They say this every year. I'm hoping they don't injure themselves per season.

Thanks winnipeg. Good watch.
competition was the key word throughout. Good to see potter trying to drum in a winning mentality.
Can't wait for the season to kick off

Competition for spots and A winning "STEEL" ala a hasler coached side are two things weve certainly lacked for about 5 years.

They were talking BMM up. Maybe he is gonna get a starting jersey. Also I didn't see moltzen anywhere. You would think after the season he had he would be training his ring off.

Moltzen didn't have a good year but , despite missing 4 games , was our top try scorer , made the most line breaks of any player and was 4th in tackle busts.
Looks like plenty of other guys also need to be training their rings off as well as him.
Seriously,I think with injuries aside you will see both him and Lawrence excel this year.

Moltzen did have a hamstring issue during the off season not that long ago , maybe he was with the rehab group

In all honesty I think moltzen is a great player. And his attack last year was above average in a team that performed well below average. His defense was terrible though and he was terrified to even catch the ball when put under pressure. I hope he rectifies this though not just for the team but for him personally.
