If we are not getting value for money from him then there is an issue and blame should be with the coach at that time.

They were saying as much after the footy on fox, the dogs halves are garbage the forwards are ok stick Josh and Foran together and it makes them decent. Thats if you totally dismiss that both Foran and Josh have had injury worries more so Foran and prob wouldnt get on the park together much. Hooper was saying we were willing to kick in $500k but the dogs wouldnt stump up the rest and he had to get his total contract monies regardless even if Josh said he'd take a pay cut found that quite odd i would have thought he could have done that but apparently not.

Normaly I hate this kind of television, but I'm glad he had the chance to further show his side of the story.

His reputation was dragged through the mud, including on this forum. And it's the little things too. I remember even reading on this forum about something that Josh was alleged to have been doing immediately prior to the events in the infamous video (it was said he was watching porn and snorting coke). He even had phone records showing that to be false, he was ordering food. On another topic I complained about metadata retention, but in that instance it vindicated him

But mud sticks - it was so sad to see a school wanting nothing to do with him even after all this came out.

If we were prepared to pay $500k for Reynolds to play elsewhere, he would have been gone long ago.

The only reason he is still on our books is because we are not going to subsidise him.

Foran or josh with one of the young guys is better than what they have. Both together would be great for them. At some point they should just stump up the extra cash to make it happen or they will write off the season and live off upset wins.
