Richards kicks

Hope this isn't doubling up on another post.
Just watched the Aussie V Ireland game.
How good is Pat Richards kick offs?
Had the Aussies baffled, heaps of variety.
I remember the big metres he'd make on penalty kicks before he left us, but don't remember if he did the kicks he's doing now.
Confident we make top 8 next year :righton:

i watched the 1st half and gee, can't believe i doubted him. his defence was nice, ESPECIALLY his intercept tap back (or whatever it's called im on almost no sleep lol ) which woulda been a certain try to hayne.

Too bad his team has literally no ball skills whatsoever. If the ref was a little more unbiased (8-1 penalty count before half time although most was deserved but not all) and they could bloody hold the ball ireland could have gone into the break down 20-4\. actually 20-6 cause of richards :wink:

They'd hold off australia in an amazing play of defence then knock on and face another 3-4 sets and eventually crack. Not to mention the lack of pressure on the aussie kickers which allowed them to create endless repeat sets. but then theyd work it up to the 30 or 40 and knock on….

If we played like we did this year, it will be a highlight of 2014 for most WT fans…

Personally, Id prefer to see less of Pats restarts?!
