Why in Groups C & D only one team advances? Is it because of easier group but still seems unfair?

Maybe by the next world cup the Indigenous All Stars can hold enough sausage sizzles to fund a team to make it more balanced?

We let New Zealand play, and they are useless at holding a sausage sizzle.

We are not supposed to be bringing up these non-essential matters at this stage but afterwards we can have more fun. One spurt only - who would want to deny West Papua a team if they were decent? enough said for next two weeks.
