i have to say that on MY phone - roarfeed sucks a lot of gasolene. I feel like Mad Max - my battery is my lifeline. In my eyes however its a small price to pay to be in the Black, White & Gold brotherhood. Im all in.

Hi AHX, I've noticed this a little with my phone too, think it might be due to the avatar downloading each page load. I'm looking into ways to cache them locally so it can reuse them. Hopefully that eases up on battery load a little.

I just wanted to say I cannot create a thread on RoarFEED. ..can only reply to existing threads

Hey guys, version 1.2.1 has been submitted to the Google Play store this morning.
Includes:
Creating a new thread
Better handling of avatar images
First and Last buttons added for easier navigation on long threads
Some bug fixes.

Should be available in a couple of hours.

Thanks David - just updated roarfeed.
But for the dummies David such as myself how does one start a new thread.

You will need to navigate into the section that you want the new thread to be created in. Once there clicking on the + in top right will create a new thread.

Do I have to delete this original.app before updating?

Shouldn't need to but it looks like you have already upgraded. Are you seeing two instances of the app?

A new version of RoarFEED Android has just been pushed to the Play Store which will work with the new website.

New version will take a few hours to appear in store. It should show Ver 1.2.3 when upgraded.
