Made a good return on the weekend. Pity injury got involved.

Does irk me to see booted players coming back playing for another club, and playing well. Heaven help us if he tears us apart when we play cowboys next.

So your saying we shouldn't have booted him?

Who cares. He's a grub and I'm glad the tigers got rid of him asap, much rather spoon than do well with someone like him representing the club . And in any case, he was also doing well here too

The Tigers did the right thing by moving Robert on… In saying that, I hope his career becomes a good story from now on.

I don't wish him the best. What he did was unforgivable and doesn't deserve a second chance. The guy is a first class scumbag.

No, I am 10000% behind our club on it's decision. As far as I am concerned he's in a different category to Dooogun (Lui broke the law) it's just a shame all the other clubs don't follow the same ethical codes.

One thing i don't understand is why people don't react the same when the names Bird and Inglis are mentioned. They all did the same thing but only Lui seems to cop it, whereas people forget about the grubby acts of the other 2\. Very strange

I react the same way irrespective of who they are. I think the Lui and Bird ones were particularly bad though…

So someone starts a thread on here about Bird and Inglis and you're first reaction is the same as a Lui thread? Sorry i don't believe that. Those 2 have a high profile and Lui doesn't, thats why people react differently

It was because bird's and ingls's girlfriends withdrew their complaint. Without them giving evidence in court there is no criminal case therefore no conviction for assault.

That's the difference.

Exactly right. When it comes to violence against women it doesn't matter how high profile the person is, I think of them all equally as scumbags. You don't?

You don't have to be convicted to have your reputation ripped to tatters, does the name Michael Jackson sound familiar?

It's their profile

Then stop making assumptions about people you don't know.

They aren't assumptions they are facts. The OP was talking about him from a football perspective yet people brought it back straight away to his personal life. If a thread was made about Bird or Inglis there would hardly a mention of anything. Its a fact cos i've seen these things with my own eyes, not just on here. While all 3 might be the same people's perceptions of the 3 are not

What a ridiculous blanket observation. You dont know what people are thinking. Get off your high horse and perhaps change your profile name as well, considering axl rose settled out of court on domestic violence charges.

I know exactly what people think as i've read the opinions, its black and white. And no, my username won't change anytime soon but thanks for your concerns
