Last year's wooden spooners have also been heavily linked to Tigers skipper Farah.

Wests recently made an offer to the NSW Origin rake, but their cause is not being helped by outstanding marquee player payments. The Tigers also have their young halfback Jacob Miller off contract - one of a dozen available playmakers.

And why would you want to be in administration with the eels when you played 90% of your career at the tigers? I don't think a job after Footy will be the underlying motive, I think he wants to play in a team that can make the grand final.

That will be us in the next couple of years as our gun juniors come on.

Perhaps, it is very tough to tell.

Players who seem like they would. Be great coaches dont always turn out to be that way, Wally, Taylor, stuart all looked like they'd be great coaches, didn't work out that way.
As playes dessie, bellemy, didn't jump out at me as coaches… they are pretty good coaches

I suspect Farah's horizons stretch beyond the age of 35, and I think he and his advisers are canny enough to realise the 'one club man' thing has some post-career value to it. I'm not saying it's enough to make him re-signing a definite, just that I reckon it'll be a factor in favour of the Tigers (and not just because of some blah blah about 'loyalty').

If we could find a way to decrease Robbie's defensive workload he could probably play until he was 34 with a useful utility coming off the bench to give him a twenty minute break during games

I imagine they will do exactly that farah will most likely play 80 minutes for the next 2 or so years with him reducing minutes after that

Good hookers are highly prized in this day and age and he could get good money at another club

Can't see the Tigers paying 120-150 k for a back up hooker

Cherrington is a good junior talent, but at the moment he is pretty much a light-weight. If he is to become an NRL Option, he will need to start putting on some kg's.

Time is on his side though, so lets wait and see…
