at 32 years of age and a full shoulder reconstruction this has to be a gamble , or is the NRL not the game it used to be ?

Surprised that the Roosters are after him as he is still playing with the Huddersfield Giants, he did have a pretty fair game where Huddersfield put the cleaners through St Helens overnight, however if I were the Roosters I can't see what O'Donnell would offer that their much younger backrowers could.

Roosters just seem to be making dumb decisions lately. They have a relatively decent young squad that could be moulded into something good over the next few years, but its like the men in suits in the front office are running their recruitment over the last few months.

But hey, as long as its not my club doing it!

True i think Mick Potter is waiting during the season to get big recruits for 2014 season and waiting for the right players to be on the market to sign.

Well he wasn't going to make any big signings in late October of 2012 Anyone with any talent was going to be signed

Lat makes a good point , blokes like Pierce,Cordner ,Guerra ,Moga and the hyphenated winger \fullback lots of talent coming through

Seems like Robinson wants instant results ,maybe their is an obvious reason for that ,Politis isn't the most patient person ,or possibly a certain coach might be on his way ….......
