Agree Marsters is a ray of light for us and certainly is a the Priority.

Rorters did however get our best player in a long time to jump ship.

Those people saying Marsters won't leave because he will repay the faith WT have shown him probably said the same about Ted. Money conquers all in modern-day footy unfortunately.

I think he's the sort of guy who would repay the faith shown in us, after given the opportunity he's taken it and we've nurtured him to where he is. As long as we offer him a good contract i think he'll stay, even if he could get slightly more elsewhere.

If someone offered him 600k that might be too much to turn down for a kid though. I'd say 350k for 2-3 years would be about right.

Yes he is still learning his trade really - it was funny the Rochow try - all the commentators said the same thing - so what happens - he goes for the line against Melb and gets held up with Thomson unmarked outside him. Hope fully he is learning when to pass and when not to.
