Ross Livermore dies

Former boss of the QRL Ross Livermore passed away yesterday at the age of 68

He was in charge from 1980 until 2011

A man of true maroon blood in the same vein as Tosser Turner , Arthur Beetson and Choppy Close

If we needed any inspiration for the 2013 SOO series we just got it

My deepest condolenscences to the Livermore family RIP Ross

The boys will make you proud again in 2013

Condolences to the Livermore family, the man did a lot for rugby league in Queensland and wider may he rest in peace.

Ross was a tireless worker for all things Queensland… He efforts to bring the QRL back to a strong financial position will be what he is remembered for the most.

Never took a backward step... RIP old mate!
