Happier with the effort this week. Just lacking the class of our first stringers to convert the half chances. Thought we received no favours from the referee for the first part of the opening half - game was effectively over then but the guys kept on trying.

I get that but 4 players out and we turn to manure. We can’t be that close between a top 4 and a bottom 2 team that 4 or 5 guys out has that big an impact. I’m not saying there’s not going to be a drop off but some of those guys are kidding themselves if they think that’s first grade standard.

Think its the comp this year and a couple of players can be the difference. Knights copped a couple of floggings now look great with KP and Brown back on board

Next month will be damage control then hopefully an injury free run in the backend

And then Chrichton and one of their props … yeah they’d be poo aswell

The single biggest problem with the game in my view

You can't demand a fast game and the penalise players for being fatigued. It causes fatigue injuries and errors.

This season will continue to slide until every player is back

Just face it guys we follow an amateur club and until we find a way to break ties (which i can't do lol ) we will suffer until the day we die

I said before the Sharks game we will not get close to winning till we get at least Bula and Api back, and even than it will be a struggle. Losing becomes a bad habit that is very hard to break. Manly will definitely put fifty on them

I know one thing we seriously need a decent back up hooker till Haywood is ready, Hope is deadset rudderless, Madden is a back up and always has been give Latu a go in the halves he is the future unfortunately I can’t see us winning a game till all the troops are back it’s going to be a tough couple of weeks,

The salary cap in the current market with 2 new teams dictates most of the $$ get allocated to yr top 10 or so players...so u end up with mediocre backups

Depth - where from ,??? Two new teams coming in . There is not enough talent across the competition. We always knew we were a couple of injuries away from being in trouble - and we have 5 of our best out for a considerable amount of time. Some things you can't control.

Hi guys from what I saw today against Melbourne the players don't seem interested in tackling luai. tarouva .in the middle of the field are crap they seem to have lost interest look at south's they had so many players out and still defended and won
