50 missed tackles. Fifty… The game stats don’t look that bad. Decent completion rate, even share of possession. They missed 30 odd and had another 30 ineffective themselves. Let’s be clear, they aren’t that great and they made 7 line breaks for 8 tries.

There’s a few who had a dig. Madden, May. There’s plenty of others who are just awful.

I am emotionally crushed that I let this team give me hope again

Its always "we are rebuilding".. or "this element was positive"

The fact is we've had 40+ points put on us two weeks in a row and it'll be 3 weeks after manly do the same next week. Then Penrith soon after.

So at a minimum we will have 160 points put on us by 4 teams in 4 weeks.

I am failing to see any positives in that.

We work on raising the capabaility of our depth, especially competing for the full 80, we are still in this comp. We still have some great talent to return.
Yes our last 2 efforts have been dogshit. Time for Marshal to prove he can coach whilst his best players are out.

Depth - where from ,??? Two new teams coming in . There is not enough talent across the competition. We always knew we were a couple of injuries away from being in trouble - and we have 5 of our best out for a considerable amount of time. Some things you can't control.

Its funny cause supercoach Ennis is talking up Melbourne like theyre going to win the grandfinal. Never mentions how down on troops we are. At full strength we towel both Cronulla and Melbourne away.

1)Adam Gee is the most interventionist ref in the NRL,and influential as determining who is going to win the game.Worse than Klein
2)As hard as he tries.Heath Mason is not going to make it..awful defender and weak under the high ball.Both comments exclude him from any NRL backline position.Gotta let him go
3)Hope is not NRL standard..with an aging Api,Verrells shld be prioritised
4)Luai is going thru the motions..got one foot out the door,and for what were paying him Im happy to let him go early at end of this year.His work here,whatever it was.is done
5)May is one of the best centres in the comp.Full stop.And KPP pretty good too

I thought Madden looked out of his depth today. I think they all tried but they were up against it after the first 20 mins against a team that was desperate for a win.

I thought luai finally pulled his finger out in that last 20. We need more of that from him ALL game. If he can do that and link up with Taylan then maybe just maybe we can go on a run toward the end of the season
