We must have ten 4'11 girls who i admit try hard but just get out muscled by clearly bigger sides.
And while im moaning we have no shape in attack whatsoever its painful.

It's been a hard watch all year, sadly.
Some skilfull players in there just too small, lack any physicality.
Not sure where we can get the players from either. All the better players are locked in with other clubs.
I think the nrlw have some serious issues that they need to address before next season, the loading of talent in the top two teams, scheduling of games, so many games played in empty stadiums, apart from the chooks and broncos these games which are basically weekend kids footy standard should be taken to country venues this women's game desperately needs a draft system or it will continue its slow death
I usually think players have to take a share of the blame for poor results but I'm not sure I can here. How in hell could our club put together a team that is so woefully outskilled and outmuscled by just about every other team in the competition? It just defies logic and reason that a club in a competition could put a team list together that was unable to compete for three successive years. That's incompetence of the highest order and typical of this club. I admire Noddy for the way he has dealt with the tragedy in his life but I'm glad he won't be coaching next season and hopefully that's the first step in a sequence that will lead us to putting a competitive team on the field next season.
What a good idea to have a draft for the women. Drafts work in other sports but the players have never accepted it in the NRL but that's the men. Perhaps the NRL could persuade the women to accept a draft to allow the women's game to progress. That would make it very interesting for the future of the men's game.

It would not hurst to give it a go , it was hard to watch our girls as they were not equal to the other teams , this is a new sport added to the nrl and it will die if they don’t share the players , Roosters and Broncos etc are stacked the rest are a grade below , Draft system so it survives , keep newton and co out of the negotiations , the ladies seem more sensible and the nrl have the right to just say do it or we shut it down
3 years of Noddy and you have to say no improvement. If anything they have regressed. I get the size argument that’s thrown around and agree with it, but that doesn’t explain the lack of some very basic skills.

I don't think the club were in a good financial position to really add an NRLW team when we first did, based on what Richo has said about the club's finances.
They have invested nothing this season if Adel Hage was correct. But recent appointments of an NRLW Head of Footbal, Charmain Steventon, and now a new head coach suggest that the Tigers are starting again.

Souths dont have a team im pretty sure and their pathways are a mess....theyre probably chose wisely in not going wnrl until they get their juniors sorted.
Our pathways would be in better shape than theirs but have we robbed peter to pay paul here?

Probably correct , I’m surprised we haven’t tried to get our ladies decent sponsors etc so we can buy couple good players , sponsor / third party deals for say 2 min top liners
Your pretty right ink, one thing I bought up was scheduling I'm currently watching knights and Dragons from a basically empty McDonald Jones, they could have taken this game to a number of country locations, or to Canberra as a lead up raiders broncos match, but a draft should be first thing they look at
