LIVE GAME Round 13 v Bulldogs

Live Game Discussion
All my dogs supporters friends are crying they were robbed 2 tries, I told them how much possession they had ( 7 six agains to zero ) in one ear out the other they don't care about that lol, the good thing about our win is they had their strike player's on the field ( xerri, Creighton ) they were very confident yesterday was a win and we beat them yeeeeehaaaaa
Tell the pedal lovers to go back and see how many’s games they have got the rub of the green , they really are dogs

But they werent robbed

Tigers were robbed of Makasini who was removed from the match whilst Toupinoua went on to have a big impact on the game. He should have been binned and is now suspended.

Tigers were robbed when Galvin didnt score.

Tigers were robbed with 2 mins to go when tuala raked the ball and the dogs had ANOTHER opportunity to come back.

Did you watch the game AHX?
H,mmm, Ok Galvin is playing bad but I will recognise he is at least playing for the Bulldogs.

Even his try wasn't that bad and I have no idea why the dogs want a strike 5/8 or lock to play halfback.

...
Yes Toupinoua should have been suspended, but man that guy was a total gun for the dogs that game.

Re the Curran “try”

Did he actually ground the ball ?

I’ve only seen it in fast motion & it looks like Bula may have got his hand under the ball & then they both slid over the sideline .

Is that a requirement for them? Didn’t seem to apply on the Galvin try

No wonder the Bulldogs are in the state they are in. If the head coach doesn’t know the rules of the game and is focused on things he can’t control rather than what he can control.

To be fair ... the ref's are in control.... at their pleasure..... on a whim... Radley should be in jail for drugs... especially he being a role model... but no .. worst tackle all season.. using his head against that Brisbane player and Roosters score.
No conviction - Api 3 weeks for trying to defend a try....
Next thing you know - Radley working for Fox Sports

Was Curran onside? How much did the zero 6 agains against the Dogs help his line speed?

There was a period when momentum had swung the Bulldogs way and they had 14 straight tackles in our 20. Burton and Bronson Xerri didn’t get the ball once during that period because Galvin wanted to be the hero. He slowed down there attack and kept giving our defensive line time to reset. Maybe Cameron Ciraldo should focus on that.

The rule is a joke though. The NRL really needs to look at taking into account incidental contact when it comes to everything whether it is high tackles, contact on kickers and hip drops. Having the rule the way it is, is why we have players like Sam Walker and Mitchell Moses flailing and throwing themselves to ground everytime they get a finger placed on them. Luai is a man and just played on and nearly got penalised for it.
If Luai throws himself on the ground instead of chasing - like just about every other half does - Curran and every fan knows it's a no try before he gets to the line. I don't mind the rule because it's black and white - you make contact with the leg it's a penalty..
