TEAM LIST Round 16 VS Dolphins

Team List
While the Dolphins have a few outs we’re also lacking in some areas. Possibly no AD, and we definitely have no Hunt, Twal, Samuela and KPP. We’re gonna need solid performances from Luai and Api to win this one. Not to mention it’s at Campbelltown which is hard to win at itself. Hopefully the boys get it done.

It's not 'hard' to win at Campbelltown. There have been a lot of narrow losses against top 8 sides over the last few seasons, and big crowds keep turning up. Generally its been hard for WT to win in anywhere for the last 15 years and I don't think its the bricks and mortar making us lose.

You're correct tho we need our backline to play some footy and we need deception to change the game. My eyes are on Bula and Taylan.

Now the big question is how big will the crowd be ? Are we at sellout yet ?
The good people of the SW must have been counting the days until we got “ back home”.
Hope we’re up around the 17,000 we regularly draw at LO.

Our record says otherwise and unfortunately another loss today, but the losses of Herbert and Madden were the main contributors to this loss. Had they played the whole 80 I think we would’ve won, but unfortunately the curse strikes again. Dolphins depth is incredible at the club Woolf has done a good job there. Oh well not too disappointed about our performance.

Today’s crowd 12,281 and we keep being told the future of the WT is in Campbelltown/SW - please!
Last 3 games at LO all 17k plus, locals certainly voted with their absence today.
And the curse still lives !

It's not a curse we're just playing stronger teams there more often now with a still developing side. Dolphins have won 8 in a row I just wish people on this forum would think a bit harder than simply looking at stats online.

Richo started moving bigger games to Campbelltown to boost the atmosphere, but that's meant a lot of narrow defeats at the venue as well. There aren't enough Cowboys and Titans games to go around apparently. We absolutely belted Newcastle at Campbelltown this season who are top 3, but that great performance has just vanished and apparently Campbelltown remains 'cursed'. It was only a masterclass from Adam Reynolds that was the difference against the Broncos too.

Still lots of footy to play.

Yeah there are no fans that travel to multiple grounds aye? You're ready to get your debenture with bright thinking like that...

I'm the least spiritual/superstituous person you'll come across, but if anyone thinks there isn't a difference between how we play at Leichhardt and Campbelltown, it's delusional at this point.

At Leichhardt we often win games we have no business winning. We just find a way somehow. On the flipside, we've often lost games we should have won and seem to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory at Ctown.

25 years as a JV and we have a winning percentage of near 60% at Leichhardt and sub 40% at Campbelltown. We're a perennial top 8 team at Leichhardt and perennial spooner at Ctown.
