I would,but they wouldnt like my style of leadership...work hard ,take ideas and suggestions on board,relate to modern measures of work ethics and grow the business from the ground up,,,no more them against us,no more jobs for mates (nepotism),no more giving in to legends that need a pension and most of all be dynamic and open to anyone who offers help in whatever section of the club that need help(financially or through consultation ) where our faults lie... life wasnt meant to be easy,,,but every bit helps.......end of input ...
