Ciraldo sounds like Madge. And uses the excuse of club culture. I get that to some extent but professional teams should not lose 74 or 66 to blot.
There's just something fundamentally wrong with preparation for these teams. 'team culture' talk is so overdone. Ciraldo controls that culture and it's a lack of accountability, pride and belief in both our clubs.
Poor recruitment and injuries obviously play a major part, but there needs to be will and urgency and confidence to overcome the momentum of a match.
And both Bulldogs and tigers have been awful before this, so it's not like a one off embarrassing loss like what happened with the cowboys when we got them.
