What a gutsy win. To be honest they didn't play that great but they still managed to get a great win!

Fonua Pole was absolutely brilliant.

We now have the class on the field to win even when things are a bit clunky.

Jack Bird is a hell of a footballer, he just competes for every inch. He has put so much starch into our forward pack

The game visibly shifts when he comes on the park. I couldn't be more impressed with Bird. Him and Hunt make a massive impact.

That may well be true, however we aren’t playing the top teams at the moment. We are playing the bottom third of the table and we have to beat them and we are…well.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but our bench turned the game. Da Silva and Hunt provided speed and size, Bird provided stability and Fainu provided speed and guile.

It's been a long, long time sin E we had a competitive bench, let alone a bench that tilted the game in our favour.

I don't want to be a smart ass, but it was clear we were going to run it 6 up with 4 mins to go.

The risks of trying to take a field goal are too great whether you kick it or not.

7 tackle set, or the possibility of losing it from a short kick off and conceding immediately after.
