**Summary**:
There will certainly be no love lost when these two sides take to the park this weekend. In true Heritage Round tradition, much has been said about the passion that exists within both of these clubs and particularly when they square off against one another, and the fact that a number of ex-Magpies have headed across to Leichhardt during the off season will only add even more petrol to the fire for this weekend’s clash. One of said players is Nathan Waters, and he has been named to play after missing recent matches through injury. His combination with Sean Meaney will have a large bearing on not only the outcome of this match but also how well the Tigers go this season. The Magpies should be ready to tear in after a week of soul searching following a poor second half performance against the Centurions last weekend but with the Tigers desperate to get off the mark, this has all the makings of a real beauty.
**Game Breaker**:
Jake Mullaney – The NYC leading pointscorer from the 2009 season, Mullaney is an exciting fullback that has already gained comparisons with fellow Wests Tigers alum Brett Hodgson. Mullaney’s inclusion in the side has freed up Sean Meaney to play at five-eight and he has also taken over the goal kicking duties. I would not be surprised to see Mullaney playing NRL this year if the Tigers suffered any more injuries.
**Prediction:**
Expecting a tight first half, but the class of the Tigers should get them over the line in the second for their first win in 2011.
