Now Earl, you know how I feel about Joffa so please elaborate on why he “had to come back into the team” and what he will bring ? Line breaks, 100m plus yardage, tackling, draw and pass to put people into gaps ?
And you know he’s done virtually nothing in his NRL appearances this year.

Then you throw AD and Brooks into the story and it goes to pot from there.

All you guys were supporters back in 2003-2012, right?

Of all the coaches we've ever had, Tim Sheens is the most unlikely to change a team, win or lose. He picked D Fitzhenry every week every time, and only nostalgia and a GF ring has people forgetting how much it used to infuriate fans to see no changes.

In fact I'm surprised Teflon has made as many changes the first 6 rounds as he has - very uncharacteristic.

If you read the forum, news and everything inbetween, Joffa has been out as he wasn’t upto fitness after returning from his injury, in which he didn’t have a full pre season because of.
 
I think 1-5 is pretty good. Kepaoa to wing I like the idea of, and good to see Staines getting half a game... I mean getting the number 1 position I think he deserves.

6 and 7...I'm starting to hate these so much I'm thinking of putting a hit out on the actual numbers themselves!

I would love to know who felt we should revert to the two dynamos again.
Was it Sheens, or Benji, or Robbie or all ?
To me that would be fascinating reading, and we would then know who the lunatic is in the coaching team !
Douhei and Brooks should have dinner this week, so they get to know each other. Now remember the plan , Doueihi best when he’s running, Brooks best when he’s running, so no passing unless it’s between you two ok. The centres and wingers are hopeless so it’s all on you two.
Unbelievable stupidity, pick one or the other but never both. I keep reading that Wakeham / Doueihi was a good combo so why didn’t we try that, Brooks out or on the bench ( oh I forgot he can never play any other grade, that must definitely be in his contract).
We’ll all I can say is that Easter is a time to reflect on the odd miracle and the big man upstairs did reappear on the Monday. Can history repeat itself.
 
We need a lock. Lock is so important to helping the halves. I would give Jake Simpkin a start at 13. I think he is killing it at 14 but we desperately need a 13 that has a bit of ball skill through the middle and can tackle. I think Fonua needs to come off the bench for impact. I see the same issue as everyone else the 6 & 7.

I'd start him at 7 before 13 - I think he's too small.

Yes, I read it all the time and I think he is very average footballer and doesn’t add anything dynamic to the team, even if he’s fully fit.
He seems to have a cult following on here but I don’t buy or understand it.
As always I’d be really happy if he proved me wrong but I know he won’t. He’s as pedestrian as Twal and he won that club award coz he was above average in a poor team.
Imo poor selection, same as Twal. A couple of real hacks.

Absolutely we need a lock, I’ve been saying that since Xmas. So who is it going to be , I’d try Bateman and put Blore into 2nd row and put Pole a long way away. Played like a real dumbass last week didn’t he, and gets rewarded .

Absolutely this … they are so bad they are effectively “coolers” that bring the entire team down to their inept , incompetent putrid level of lazy , chaotic Af rugby league. I cannot believe Sheens has gone back to this 💩.. parra will beat them by 30 .. douhei has been playing with a pea heart all year !! I’m so over this sheens blaming the ref and having a laugh about this nonsensical year he is over seeing it is insanity !

Completely confused did you watch the Broncos game ? He rushed up missed and just stood there or lay sprawled on the ground . This led to overlaps that contributed to at least 3 broncos tries ?

I’m starting to think Sheens is having a laugh at the clubs expense … picking this team after the performance so far this year is utterly insane .. form is not considered at all ,, FFS I have no idea what he is thinking but he doesn’t seem at all interested in winning the Rugby League game on the weekend …. Brooks amd Douehi again v??? WTF 😳

I do agree that we don't have any doublers or hat-trickers but I honestly think they are all capable of busting a line and getting a 4-pointer. The issue is that usually breaking a line is facilitated by good ball play the halves. Our stats prove that our end set tackle plays/options have been dreadful
