I have not noticed mention of this on another thread - but I believe it is worth noting that at the official Press Conferences for both the Parra trial & the Foundation Cup that the sole player to represent the club has been our man Rowdy!!!

For a kid who was once shy of the public eye he has represented us articulately & good-humouredly on both occasions & I consider it to be a clear sign of the level of leadership that he is starting to take on at the club despite his still tender age!!

For those crying out for his re-signing - have a bit of patience & faith - because I sincerely believe this represents a strong indication of his ongoing position/stature within the club!!!

Well done to Chris & whoever made the decision to give him the role!!!

I'm tipping a big year for Rowdy. Hope he signs up with the Tigers again soon. He's worth every cent we can find, too.

he's one of the best centers out in my opinion.
400k a year type of player, hope he is a tiger for life.
would hate to see him in any other jersey, with exceptions for NSW & Aus, of course.

Rowdy was quoted in last week's Rugby League Week saying that he wanted to step up and become one of the leader's in the team this year. This looks to be the start of it.
