Champion @Merlot, I'm not too close with that comp, more Sydney grade and the subbies (especially St Pats Strathfield) but check out https://www.centralcoastrugby.com.au/ plus they have a face book page too.

I remember years ago, when Wests were back in 2nd Division they played against Hornsby, Macquarie Uni etc etc teams. These games were always played hard and were fun too.

Hornsby had a really strong side back in the 70s and 80s. Almost got into the top tier and when that didn't happen things started to fall apart.
