I'd say most, if not all, player rumours at the moment are just that. Even if we had appointed a coach, i'd highly doubt we'd be at that stage of negotiation. Personally i don't see the need to chase Mortimer. We may as well work with Miller. If we were to chase a 7, it would have to be one with a bigger rep.

Isn't Miller a Junior Kangaroo? doesn't that speak volumes that we have right under our nose the best up and coming halfback yet we continue to overlook him and look elsewhere for ANY type of halfback!….sheez! :bash

Yep. When I was watching the game , first 10-15 mins I was thinking what about Mortimer but then as TW said he just went MIA. Whatever he had in 2011 seems to have disappeared. Think I'd rather stick with Jacob

No the Mortimer. He would cost more than Miller and is not a better player.

Still doesnt mean we need him. I actually feel sorry for him. He arrived with so much hype that he didnt ask for due to Parra's golden run that year and his dad. Has struggled to live up to the hype. He is a tough little Rooster and runs the ball well.
