Becoming better and better edge back rower every game. Roosters have Crichton & Cordner next year so he’ll be out of the 13\. Can’t be on big money, maybe someone tigers should target!?

Eiso is solid lock and our #13 in years to come. Aloiai is going great as impact player off the bench. A big edge backrower with footwork and offloading capability. Our current starting backrow is Lawrence and Rochow, while doing a good job for us we definitely can improve.

I like his game. True we have alot of good edge forwards but i see a centre in him also. He is young and developing and if he gets forced out i would love if we got him and he become a rep player. Another Esan Masters hey!!!!

Matterson goes well but not as damaging a runner as Aloiai, we have enough good forwards in our own nursery, we should focus on retaining, developing and blooding Luke Garner, he is a future gun that we should be appreciating right now, not looking constantly over the fence.
We need a big, strong, pacey centre (or 2) right now.

Really surprised most of you don’t seem to rate him. Considering it’s his first year training/playing second row I think he is very promising and could turn into very damaging player. I’ve just looked up his stats so far this year and confirms what I’ve been watching.. he’s playing well above his $$!

Tries: 4
Tackles: 198
Missed tackles: 6!!
Run meters: 470m
LB: 1
Offload: 4

I agree.

Obviously Tigers firstly need to cement our success for more rounds and become a more enticing destination. Also this gives us more time to see what Cleary is doing with the side and where there are clear gaps over the course of several months.

But I don't see backrow being the target, unless a class backrower hits the market. Rather, I'd love to get our hands on a centre like Euan Aitken, someone strong and dynamic to mix up the backline options. I actually don't want a big centre to be honest, they are a bit too easy to tackle because they usually take inside/outside lines rather than bullock through the opposition.

Still reckon Latrell is the best centre in the comp, but he is a tool and obv extended for Roosters recently.

I'd take him in a heartbeat. He's a bit more of an impact player than what we have, he knows how to get across the line. Our backrowers are mainly workers who tackle but don't really threaten the line - Aloiai may be able to but needs to consistently demonstrate this and start making more breaks.

Hard to see Roosters letting him go. Even though Cordner and Critchton will start Matterson has plenty of utility value and will get a bench spot ahead of Aubusson or might even return to the centres.

rooters are odds on to get papali, if the mail is correct.

Let them have him. He is fat, slow and hopeless.
Have never seen the excitement over Papalii, his greatest claim to fame is dog-shotting Gallen in the back a few seasons ago. Oh and also throwing a full shampoo bottle at someone in a road rage incident. Definitely not worth the big money he would asking for.

He's a goofy looking dude that runs with an unco style.

I rate him and he's an eels junior.
Don't think he's the player we need tho.
