Samuela Fainu #280

Thankfully we get the bye soon which might help with troops.

If we can get Bula and Doueihi back after the bye, and hopefully Samuela is a sprain rather than foot fracture. Api also due back too.

Even if we lose the next 2, we are 5 and 5 and not out of it. To sneak a win against Melbourne would be nice though. Manly look too hot for us if we are going to trot out Hope and Sukkar out as starters.

if we cab win 1 out of our next 2 and then the bye we are still in very good position for semi finals and in touch with top 4
Melbourne are cooked too so it's not a sure thing we lose to them

Let's see team list Tuesday

Hopefully our forwards dominate and we can still play attractive footy

We still have strike with Tiny and KPP but you're only as good as the biggest weakness in your team, we might get exposed again

Skelton has to come into the team surely especially with Turuva at fullback

the way he came off I feared the worst. Achilles or some sort of season ending injury. 6 weeks is not ideal but atleast he’ll come back fit and firing as we chase our 6th straight win

Absolutely.

6 weeks is a blessing. Not even a quarter of the season when it could have been a career-altering injury in an achilles.

Luai / Sam F was becoming a real focal point of our LHS attack. KPP’s role in the team just became much more crucial. Hopefully he has a big couple of months and gets the offload going again.
Too bad, the KPP combo was working really well with Doueihi too... Luai/Sam + AD/KPP was essentially our entire attacking structure, and that's now basically all our points gone up in thin air.

But never fear, we can always go back to the tried and true combination of Seyfarth and Sukkar.
