Santi and Lodge

yep, what would usually be done behind closed doors on machines had to be done on the field because of the poor amenities at Leichhardt.

Rugby league is a mental game. Making them go and do extras after a game is ludicrous. You think Santi and Lodge would be in the right mental state after given no game time then made to do that? Taylor had no idea at all

Yea I couldn't understand the working of the bench today - Lodge is a goer and should have been brought on earlier.

Being elite is about the extras you do, more so than God given talent.

There have been an uncountable thousands of players who had all the talent in the world but lacked the dedication and hunger to make it.

You dont even know Taylor made them do it… for all we know these two young blokes went out there to improve themselves. Probably think Taylor tells Marty to work out pre game and half time as well.

Extras after a game for people to see??? That's not the extras we are talking about

Yes it is King Sirro… think about it.

the next training will be a recovery session, so a wasted day for them seeing as they didnt get the minutes to really benefit from it. Getting the extra metres into their legs can only be good for their match fitness and works into the weekly training schedule.

You are acting like the crappy run down fascade that is Leichhardt Oval hides the multi million dollar sports science and training facilities under the grandstands. The place is a crap hole top to bottom. Most likely nowhere else for the to do it. Hell even in the pre-game commentary Johns was commenting how unusual it is to have to do warm up in front of the crowds.
