SAT 2PC 3000 channels

I was looking at Ebay today and saw a product called 'SAT 2PC ' advertised which claims to offer for sale a program that can be downloaded to a PC or laptop which enables a person to watch up to 3000 channels available worldwide. There is a one off cost of $27.97\. It sounds too good to be true and was wondering whether anyone on the Forum has heard of SAT 2PC or are using it. I am hesitant to try something that sounds too good to be true and I have asked a few people who have not heard of it either. If anyone knows anything about it, it would be appreciated if you would let me know. Could be useful for watching sport if fair dinkum.

haven't seen it but i'd say it's just something trying to get people to pay for something that's actually available free. There's an awful lot of free streaming TV channels in the world that are available through the net.

Quick google showed this as the first result for a portal putting a lot of them in one place but there'll be more.
