SFS - Finals Week 1..... Ticket Information

They knew they would be selling that many tickets why the hell not cater for it and have staff prepared or hire extra ??
 
Sorry but surely they cannot release tickets to the public before this mess is sorted.
 
Kinda makes it pointless havign season tickets if you dont get first option at getting your ordinary seats come semi final time, very pissed off here !
 
dont know if things have changed or i just got a dopey operator but you cannot buy ten tickets per membership. only 4 and UP TO ten if you have two other membership numbers. tad misleading there. i wanted to buy ten in a row for all my mates. i asked her like three or four times if thats right, she was adamant. anyway got 4 bay 14\. ticketek website is hopeless too, had that and two phones going!
 
You'd think Ticketek wouldn't keep getting caugh off guard like they do every single time in this situation but here we are. Their web site is a joke and can't handle any decent kind of spike in demand. And when you log onto ticketek directly there is a massive splash for AFL tickets but hard to find the NRL finals section.

Seriously does the AFL have this problem?

She's wrong, you can buy 10\. I had the option to buy 10 and bought 7.
 
Just got them now. Thanks to whoever it was on the last page for the tip re membership number on the ticketek site.

Without that info I'd still be swearing at the computer since the instructions are as clear as mud on the ticketek page. We can only imagine the utter chaos that will be grand final week no matter who makes it.

All sorted now. Tix on halfway, about 20 rows back. Ticketek dude had "problems with the system", but finally was able to get me the tix.
Ticketek website seems to be working now.
Super excited about the game!! I'm giving up Wallabies tickets for this!! :smiley:
 
thats really pi$#ed me of now. told her thats whats being told to us but she said no. knew it was not right. F&*kin ticketek
 
I am not a member this year ( have been 2 years previous ) i want to get 7 tickets for me and mates. what number of tickets can non members buy at one time. anyone know?

Seems clear cut to me!

NRL says 10 is the limit for all

Do yourself a favour though and join up as a member of NRL.com if you already haven't. They get a presale at 9pm tonight onwards

The guy I had on the phone said the exact same thing, only 4 tickets. I was trying to purchase 6, so luckily both me and my Dad have memberships.

I will be raging if anything like this happens at the Prelim final or Grand Final.
 
Finally got through, now been sitting on hold for 18 minutes lol ticketek suck ass lol

29 minutes of hold finally got through, Bay 14… worked out well in the end :slight_smile:
 
Good to see we get 9 assigned Cat 1 bays compared with 4 for the Goosters and our own GA end behind the posts.
