Some new perspectives in the coaching box can only be good.

It hasn’t worked for a decade at this club.

So what do you propose? We hang on to all our coaches for eternity because of a decade of failure? Or we make incremental changes to certain areas? And before you bring up the CEO, he ain't leaving so this is all we have.

So now it’s the contracted players that tanked with the hope Maguire would be punted .. I hope this is where the club is heading as the two assistants needed to go and removing the poison amongst the player group would go a long way for the club mending some bridges with the supporter base !

I don't think Simon deserves that reference to his disability. Most of us wouldn't know what he has or hasn't done in his statistics role.

When people said Madge was fixing the rot I didn’t know the rot was the two assistant coaches he appointed.

We have been calling out for change and when they start to do something people are complaining..
The people we want gone are not going anywhere (CEO & Board etc) so happy to change assistants to try and shake it up.
Maybe we look at Flanigan as he might have some pulling power for recruitment..

The Club is not perfect but apparently the problems with it grow when the tenure of one individual is under threat. Rebuilds/5 year plans it is all about one person.

I work in the disability sector and see disabled people get ridiculed all the time, and you know what, disabled people have more drive and can do more than most able bodied people…
