It's a shame his career never really took off - he was such a lovely nice guy. Got his autograph on my 2008 Jersey, along with Blake Lazarus at the Easter Show in 2009... two young up and comers, they were so excited to be asked for an autograph....
Had a quick chat to the guy, he had a young family at the time just like I did. Spotted him in the Carpark of the easter show that night some hours later, and he nodded then, and said Hi again. I remember being really impressed that he remembered me despite the hundreds that would have wandered past the tigers stand that day.
Talk about the kiss of death to two young careers, eh? Maybe I shouldn't get many more signature on that jersey....

****EDIT**** ok, on further investigation, I believe he's actually down in the Illawarra leagues for 2012 - not sure where though...
