the dropping of cayless has got me thinking, why does sheens give some players alot and i mean alot of opportunities to prove themselves yet others seem to get no chance when given time in grade?
example of not being given reasonable opportunities are
gower
ohara
harris
reick
crockett
graham
now these guys arent superstars but were pretty solid first graders (exception of gower) who performed well there but never really got consistant game time to mould into the tigers style of play
mean while underperforming players have maintained spots for years or a whole season under sheens like:
collis
fitzy
payne
galea
lolesi
halatau
morris

so is there a "boys club" culture at the tigers as to why some under-performers get time after time to come good
