Sheens or the Players ??

Someone mentioned it earlier… We have players who wouldn't get a run at any other club, but they can at the Tigers.

Forget pointing the finger at Miller just yet... Every young Half needs 6-8 weeks to see how they fit in.

Add to our worries, we have under performing guys like Marshall, Moltzen, Lawrence & Blair who fit into select structures, but are currently struggling to make an impact in ours.

I'm worried about what comes next and when do we make changes, but I still feel it will be a few weeks before anything will change.

It's both. It will take some time to de-Sheens this side. Especially mentally, because the senior players continue to carry the old soft mindset.

Potter needs to make changes, and have the Kahunas to tell R&B to back off and be part of the team instead of doing everything themselves, and to drop the senior players that are not good enough. There is no balance.

I don't think we will see any consolidation of a new side until half way through the year. And there will be some horror stories to endure before then.

Oh I get it now. we keep blaming Sheens until we start winning then we praise someone else.
Why don't you guys get over it. It's a game of footy. You get 30% possession you get smashed.
Bestr thing going for last night was the tackling practice we got. It may have actually done us some good.

Agree with the first part. Giving away stupid penalties isn't taught; dropped ball and silly passes isn't either. This game is also a mental game and the loss of Mosese so close to the start of the season probably hasn't helped the the cause.

Not a great start to the year. Sitting at the bottom of the ladder isn't going to help moral. Just hope Potter realises that and cracks the whip.

I would say the sharks are under a fair bit of adversity too at the moment.How many points they give up on the weekend.

When Rowdy was resigned he was probably the 3rd best centre in the comp

In case of many of the others , maybe it because no one else wants to come here . We all agree we have major issues , look at it from a players point of view

I can earn 320 k playing for the Tigers or 290 k playing for Souths ,Manly or Newcastle for example . Weighing up playing for a team likely to finish in the bottom 6 or a genuine contender ?? I know what I'd choose ,wife gets a part time job earning 30k a year and I sign for Souths ,Manly or Knights

We are stuck with some of these players & we have to make the best of it, I think Potter can start by dropping Utai, Moltzen, & build up the 2nd row with some size. For starters bring Pettybourne into the starting side & Thompson on the bench & use Fulton to interchange with Anasta, its a start & puts some of the others on notice.
