The ref wouldn't of awarded anything for us the other night.
He was doing everything to help out Penrith.

I really believe if our boys didn't lie down, nothing would of happened.

Smart play by Laurie and Luciano later in the game.

Gutho is a dead set flop.

Kikau has also been 1 of the biggest actors in the game for a long time now so Dane just used his own move against him.

We were getting caned in the penalties by the ref and Laurie was hit in the head in the tackle we needed to get some advantage from that. The NRL has made the rules and if being struck in the head is a penalty we have every right to make sure the ref knows it.

Agree. But there have been dozens of blokes who have done the exact same thing and not a word was said about it in the media.

Gutherson needs to shut his gob. In one of the early season games he pretended to get an injury so that the game was stopped and allowed his team to grab a breather and set their defensive line. He gave the trainer a wink to let him know it was a BS injury. Captain of the biggest mob of lay-down cats in the competition.

I don’t agree with it, but if everyone is doing it as well, then so should we.

Gutho needs reminding of Brown in last years game when a kid tackled him, he touched his head, got the penalty, got up and charged into Blore again.

Attacking the head is a penalty, no matter if it’s a hard whack or a soft one, those are the rules. Panthers got there share as well.

No one can determine if it has done damage or not.

Still a very tough sport, but things like this make it appear softer than it really is.

Gamesmanship has always been part of the game, a sneaky strip, only getting back 9m, that mystery cramp in the 79th minute. It’s all fair play if you can get away with it, it’s one of the things I enjoyed most as a player. Let the refs say get up and play it if it’s a fairy tap.
