But I struggle with the idea that these issues are anything but a matter for the criminal courts.

I also struggle with the current attitude given some of the past greats of our game had significant personal failings. Simply in those times the media didnt report them.

Australia might, but the NRL doesn't - Bird, Lui, Leilua all still playing after being charged with DV incidents. I've probably I've missed a couple of others. I'm sure Auva'a will be back also, just hope it's not with us.

There is no way i would accept Auva'a signing.Anyone who is violent to women should not be on the roster of this or any club.

With a lady now head of our board I think this signing would be highly unlikely.

dead set some people on hear take the high ground, do i like what he done NO, do i like us having shit players no every other team signs these player inglis, bird the list goes on and on if all of u had your way 1/2 the pkayers in the NRL would be working next to you then what u say. get over it they have paid for there crap entilted to a 2nd chance.
