Start one, and there will be no set topic, members can talk about anything footy related and can wander off. That way you'll have a general banter for footy and general banter about anything else can go in the "Now For Something Completely Different"
We'll make sure that members can chat about anything in those two topics as long as it meets the forum standard guidelines.
